I am beginning to think NASDAQ is a lot closer than most people think and I'm glad to see your perception. If we look closely at the Springtree people they have a history of funding listings, IPO's etc in the USA. I believe a NASDAQ listing requires a company to have $10 million in assets or cash and a market cap of about $100 million the Springtree backers are in a position to provide the necessaries, including retail and institutional investors to support a NASDAQ listing. It makes so much sense this scenario so we should be looking at a 30c sp in the near future. Would appreciate any input on this potential. In my experience shareholder soirees, such as the one coming up, usually follow a major announcement that lifts sp so directors get compliments all night.
