My guess there is an agreement but the solicitors are still dotting the "i"s & crossing the "t"s
I see Trojan has stated ;
"Trojan wishes the suspension to remain until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 9 March 2012 or when Trojan makes an announcement to ASX regarding the settlement negotiations"
I believe this says Trojan's patience is limited & they are happy to go to Court March 19. CMI announcement is open ended.
Having put up the security deposit, CMI's legal team have determined Trojan are VERY serious.
