Not neccessarily, it depends what risk you attach to the company. Ruby quality,quantity,clearance rates,country risk,dilution,competance of management,etc all factor as risk and its different for each SH as to what risks get the most weight. One of those(dilution) has now been quantified,(personally I think competence has been also)the first auction in OCT will quantify quite a few more.
Those posters expressing concern about a CR for the last couple of weeks and what it would mean for the SP don't seem so alarmist now.High to here -25%
