    Convertible notes can be a beast. If you have time take a look at what has happened to XPE over the year since first conversion of convertible note it will be worth your while. Hot copper threads mentioning CN are worth a read if you haven't had to deal with one before. Many holders of XPE are badly singed to totally devastated.
