At the moment no one knows anything, but the fact is that all of us who has bought more of LYC around the $1.60 levels within the last week, can feel a bit justified.
And the other facts are: LYC, even without the plant actually worth more than $1.60 / share. Also that the WA government would be delighted if they could repatriate the company.
To doubters and short sellers: LYC is the only company outside of China who can supply rare earth minerals. That might just be worth something??
