I would ‘assume’ by the end of November because the committee was est. mid October. Recommendations will be made to the government once their views are cemented down. The committee still need to visit the LAMP, and I’m betting that they’ll be impressed. We should expect a trading halt and a significant announcement as licences are granted and this will pave the way for success of Lynas in Malaysia.
