Not clear if you think a TW is a good or bad. Bad would be be a WW economic recesion. I guess good would be Chinna actually uses REO as a weapon prices go up. I question if the rise in prices would overcome the WW economic problems. I also question if Chinna would actually do this. ONE the total size of this is small compared to other items. It would encorage many alternatiives in both sources and alternatives to Nd PMs to grow rapidly.
