LYC closed today 2c lower at 2.56. The SP did show green twice, once at 2.61 around 10:30AM and 2.60 around 12:50PM. It appears there are keen buyers out there. But twice being sold down to 2.55. However this is an improvement over yesterday's session low of 2.54.
Looking at the reduced volume today, it appears investors are hanging on and capped the SP from falling further.
Interesting to note that yesterday's and today's lows are still above the short term downtrend line (orange dotted). Therefore the short term uptrend is intact.
Overall, the 200MA line (dark yellow) provided good support and the SP bounced up from 1.78 in May and again from 2.20 in Aug. Right now it is tracking the middle of an uptrend channel and in the upper half of the Bollinger Band. If it remains buoyant, it would cross the 3-month downtrend line on or around 24-Sep (1st green flag). If it tracks the bottom of the channel, it could be 08-Oct (2nd green flag). Once it breaks out to the upside, the FOMO could jump in and we could have another leg up.
