LYC had a good day today closing 4c up or 1.56%.
Major positives:
- It has broken above the 50% Fibonacci retracement level of the recent downtrend.
- It has successfully re-tested and bounced up from the short term downtrend line (orange dotted).
Things to watch:
- In the last 16 trading sessions, only 3 closed above the middle of the uptrend channel (purple dotted), so the trend is not not as strong as you wish.
- Now it is only 1 month into the 6-month license from 15-Aug-2019, there could be knee-jerk reactions to minor unfavourable news in the next 5 month or until a PDF agreement is announced. The SP could consolidate around the current level. In the same breath, good news on PDF could come any time especially the 6 month license conditions seem to have some timing inputs from AL. Therefore a PDF deal secured in this time frame is very doable! The SP could explode any time. DYOR.
