Beauty of Technical Trading, today's price action is absolutely on cue! It dropped 4c on open but fully recovered by 11AM. It was then hugging the uptrend line all the way up, closing the day flat.
Even the day's low of 2.50 is halfway between the 2 support levels I mentioned yesterday, 2.52 - 2.47. The fact that it didn't touch the downtrend line (orange dots) before reversal is a good sign of buyers coming back in a mini FOMO rush.
The sellers made another attempt to push it down at 1PM but failed, In the end the buyers are back in control.
What to watch:
- Both the short term's slow and fast stochastic have crossed up, RSI pointing up and > 50. MACD is about to point upwards.
- The stars appear to be aligned, Do expert a good day tomorrow as some short covering would increase the demands on the buy side. DYOR
