LYC fell back 2c to close at 2.63. It was sold down on open to the day's low of 2.61 at 10:15AM but climbed all the way to the day's high of 2.68 at 11AM. It was losing stream and gradually gave it all back and settled around 2.63 by 12:30PM for the rest of the day.
Points to note:
- It closed smack bang at the 61.8% Fibonacci level of 2.63 today.
- It appears to be re-testing this level after breaking above yesterday.
Tomorrow is critical and these are the things to watch:
- If it goes up, it would confirm that the 61.8% level is held and the SP has a chance to head towards the 78.6% Fibonacci level of 2.86.
- If it closes below the lower channel line hence breaking the uptrend, it could go down to 2.47 to re-test the 50% retracement.
- Long term Stochastic is in the overbought zone.
- Short term Stochastic is threatening to cross over to the down side, so we must tread carefully.
