Good to someone sticking their neck out with a chart here, just thought you got a little ahead of the game.
I'd suggest the recent run up has been accumulation on low volume by one or two perhaps smaller funds. Once they were done the SP became vulnerable to profit takers from those lower levels given no apparent driver.
Your negative call did in fact play out AFTER the break of the Fib, resistance presumably turned support, but not this time.
More ranging sideways action I'd suggest.
