Lightforce, the USA problem is NOT supply of Rare Earths the problem is that they do not have anyone who can turn them into magnets. The only ROW supplier of magnets is Japan. The US currently imports rare earths for Oil Refining catalysts from China and not much more. But it does import finished magnets from China. In order for the US to be independent of China they have to develop their own magnet maufacturing facilities and Lynas would no doubt be the supplier of choice as things stand at present.
