It has its relevance from fertility window to chinese calendar its squaring the time axis on the chart. Vast majority only pay attention to the price axis for analysis and ignore the time axis so missing out on 50% of information. Its not always accurate but implementing time axis and price axis effectively have more information to work with in addition to fundamentals of course.
