Just looking at the price pattern it is more or less repeating the pattern from August-December 2017 with HL-LL type price structure. It has had plentiful of counter trend movements in the past since its consolidation phase and consequent break out in October 2015 causing this large three year rounding bottom. Rounding bottoms are quite powerful long term price structures
