Remediation bond was always a condition of license, fairly standard fare.
Obviously we are light years apart on what would be considered "a severe financial impact on Lynas", and even then, when would you consider the likely impact?
Best approximation the approved storage @ LAMP might be at 50% capacity, at worst several years grace to devise alternates, or financial impact.
"Signed undertaking to return waste back to source", onerous, really?
