Well balanced summation, factors 6 month delay in permitting to allow 25ktpa but at the same time identifies key issue of lifting recoveries > extracting +$ from each kg of con imported.
Lynas just keeps on having these impositions imposed (if indeed they are in this situation) that drive efficiencies in the business by necessity. While lifting recoveries right across the operation is a huge part of LynasNext any limitations on imports will just intensify those efforts from Mt Weld thru LAMP.
