IMO, it's moving sideways, scraping along the very bottom of its valuation. Fear mongers are selling and those seeking a discount are buying. There is political risk simply because Malaysia is a backward country with many uneducated voters and as many unethical politicians as the rest of the world. Unless Lynas decides to launch a convincing PR campaign or Malaysian authorities decide they need more jobs and income from companies like Lynas, we'll continue to thrash about in the quagmire of 3rd world ignorance until Lynas can pay dividends.
