I think what he meant is, it's almost creating a long leg when it fell to 2.32 and quickly recovered to 2.36 with volume, which should tell some buying activity at 2.3. Unfortunately though, the bar didn't close closer to opening. It left to question why, probably this buyer didn't think is necessary to rally from current price yet.
