I think it somewhat depends on market expectations. As ausheds has pointed out numerous times, the real flow through of changes in RE prices will not be felt until the June quarter though there may be a slight uptick in the March one. However, if Joe Market doesn't understand this and has mistaken expectations of an immediate change to earnings then we could see a drop at the next quarterly. But that would represent an excellent buying opportunity. I have had small 'stink bids' sitting at 8.6 ...
