the blue circle is a key support region - it has the horizontal support line drawn - the 195/200 EMA moving averages and the top line line of the downtrend channel -so you would expect it to find support in the circled zone (should it go that low.)
Needless to say if it dropped below that blue circle it would be extremely bearish !
