Update on my tentative Cup & Handle pattern I suggested, which if it was ever valid (admittedly the bottom of the cup is a little spiky, as wayward pointed out) was certainly confirmed today with a break above the handle, as I've drawn:

So, the Price Target is 18.5c, which you get by adding the cup height, 9.5c to the breakout point, say 9c for sake of argument.
