It is s only because people have been buying for these results for the last month. These results drove the share price to where it is, and a lot of people have made their money. Ultimately, these results reflect the fundamentals of the business. The fundamentals drove the SP increases. Now, a lot of people will move on and wait to see how the next quarter plays out. Any shift in the fundamentals will drive people to buy or sell between now and then, whilst waiting for performance reports to confirm.
