The news that moves the price will be plans to expand capacity. Has to happen - selling all the NdPr they can produce with that market expected to dramatically expand.
Someone is soaking up all those shares being converted from bonds. Would be institutions you would think, given the volume. Soon there will be a whole host more insto's on the resister when LYC gets into the top 200.
Then, LYC will probably go to the capital markets to borrow to pay out Sojitz and do a CR to raise funds to expand capacity. With a good plan and Amanda's credibility the insto's will be lining up to invest to fund an expansion.
