Well sure you can use words such as offload the 133 million as gently as possible, or conversely you could state that the large number of shares coming onto the market as result of conversions are easily being absorbed /bought in the market at much higher prices than the shares have generally traded over the last few yrs, hard to see it being anything other than a positive ! imho.
