Good article Goofy... one problem I see is that consolidation and index inclusion happened close together so its hard to know what the driver is (if any) .

My own opinion is that many are holding off till some consistent results come in, perhaps after the March or June qtrlys?

December quarter will be affected by AELB payments and LAMP maintenance. I think that if some REAL figures come in that reflect good profit (and not just analyst estimates) we will see some real movement upwards, but time will tell.

But I do not have the experience of the likes of @Wayward1, just contributing my personal thoughts.... but using my own judgement has worked well for me over the last few years... or have I just been lucky
