Your statements re real estate affordability vs nominal wage growth are just wrong. And rental returns of 5% are terrible compared to other parts of the world. Australians are too local sighted with their real estate investment to understand that.
And the claim that no one should have an interest in investing in the ASX because it is not worth it, period, is the most generic downramp attempt I think you can even level on a particular stock let alone LYC.
I understand you are obviously frustrated with LYC personally, that's fine. But I think if you feel the need to keep harping on here then maybe you need to bring something to the table worth discussing?
