We should have had a notice by now, 13,333,333 shares @ $2 on friday did look like a conversion of 10m worth of bonds, but could also be a transfer of shares previously converted. I seem to remember this happening once before. MK converts 10m (13,333,333 shares) and sells to A, who then onsells them to B.
