Restricted cash will be returned to JARE and MtK if the unrestricted cash balance gets to $25m (was $24.3m end of last Q). Unless Lynas can brilliantly manage to keep an increasing cash surplus from continuing rising prices from tipping them over $25m the $28.3m restricted cash will be applied to interest and the rest used to pay down debt. Any balance in unrestricted cash over $40m (very unlikely this quarter) will also be used to pay down JARE debt (nothing towards bondholders debt).
Unless there is a big payment made, like to the AELB then I expect the closure of the restricted cash account outlined above.
