That cash flow, or part, may be far better invested building a bigger business once the servicing costs are easily met.
The wannabes would weep for such generous terms as Lynas enjoys, why not leverage them?
If we need to cede 50% equity to MtK/F/SB why not build a bigger business, particularly when you have a ROW monopoly & dependent?
