this time iam posting a weekly chart, with future targets for the near term the lower red horizontal line is my already stated forcast of 14 cents, the upper is the next target i am forcasting 22 cents.

i can see ahead & shoulder bottom reversal.
we have also now a powerful cup & handle formation .
