AJM was in debt up to their neck @ a ridiculous interest rate while selling their product like a cheap prostitute. Sayona has no debt and will utilize the US banking system with low interest rates + IQ .... they really don't compare. Sayona's off-take agreement with Piedmont is at a minimum $500/t where AJM was selling @ $380/t ouch.
