i believe,

that what it is that we are seeing is a reaction from the invester's/trader's,

and that is not recieving enough information from there announcement's about these test flow's,

piss poor in fact.

but as the chart's for NEO are concerned there need's to be some more down side here,
in order to get these indecator's under there buy trigger's,
untill this happen's i dought the upside will be all that strong without a very possitive announcement,

NEO need,s to close at $0.035 cent's today [3/5/2005] for these indecator's to come into play.

now OPL is a diffrent story all together,
there indecator's are below there trigger's and a reversal is emminent,
[or should be]
but the energy indice is showing some more down side,
for a while yet,

if OPL continue's it's down hill run at this rate then $0.15 cent may happen,

but i do not think so,
it give's you food for thourgh does'nt it.

so who really know's ?????
