As Warren Buffet says "when every one scared, get greedy". I am unable to find anything cheaper than ria for now.
There plan is to drill 2-5 wells but there are only bound to drill one. It means plan can changed quickly if they are unable to raise capital. They are also looking for a jv.
It still is a buy in my opion only but do I know anything? Lol not really.
