think about the graphite coys currently... got a resource sure but no capital to build infrustracture...
BGS has infrustrature but no "released resource as of yet" Seems Rick Rukle has advised KJ (only my opinion) to hold off on the JORC resource... once released the horse will bolt and even the strongest of players wont hold the sp down...
