so its likely we can get debt funding at a higher than normal debt ratio? Considering syr's 100% equity raise today I think it would be a fn rip the house down statement to insto's if we had a finance announcement along the lines of "more debt, less (or no) equity"

So, imo first things first, TK binding offtake where are you? This is dragging a bit longer than we all thought.

At least we should get an update on the merelani JV this week.
