have been thinking re an organisation wanting to take a position combined with Andrew's latest audio on BRR where he stated that the BFS sets the platform for the formation of a strategic partnership!!!
Just maybe that partner is quietly buying up any shares >.2cents that are on offer and when the financing is approved by the development bank management will reveal who the strategic partner is and what their holding will be, my bet would be a max holding of round the 19% range or round 34m shares .................. just a thought.
