Why late in the trading day do we see this type of trading? Just enough to reach new highs. I've learnt to keep my feet, hands and backside glued to the ground when it comes to FAR and CR. Could they ( heaven forbid ) be buying this up and getting VWAP set at a higher price and bang a CR ANN to instos. Im not arguing , I agree there are many reasons why there shouldn't be a CR now. Are more knowledgeable poster willing to put their neck on the chopping block and rule out a CR? With the markets being unstable , managements tend to want to secure early rather than later. I'm hoping its WPL buying and they are making a play on FAR. It makes sense with PE, taking the reins and becoming operator and they also shore up future reserves. One last comment and management options are due in June at 10CPS and who's knows what plans they have. Just my 2 cents and always one to look at both sides of the fence.
