I am well aware of that fact. A previous poster had indicated that in an email management were aware of who the buyer was. It is still blatant price manipulation IF it is for the purpose of increasing the price for a CR or if management benefit from gaining options as a result of price manipulation. Management does not have to be doing the buying.
My point was that management would be extremely vulnerable should that be the case, and I doubt very much that they would be that naive.
