CN has said they are looking at options to raise equity without tapping existing shareholders. I am thinking the most likely is a combination of an equity placement @ DOC (so that funding is in place) of say 10% share issue to a "new"cornerstone investor combined with that investor providing a substantial cash loan paid for by a future off-take agreement (future production oil in lieu of cash premiums and interest payments) - perhaps with convertible notes (potential additional new equity) as a form of security over the offtake maturing in say 2023 where FAR would need to start providing the oil from production or alternately issue equity as payment equivalent to the oil in the offtake agreement. Could be way off the mark here but they have to put something in place prior to DOC or sell.
