FAR management have had quite a significant time now to check all the options out for finance.
Just as they had when they knew COP were selling.
To still be looking and not finding yet has to be a worry.
The SP movement this week definitely looks like a pump to get the 5 day average up.
The gap at times between buy and sell at the days close has been as much as 4 pips which is odd.
Time will tell although CN said no CAP raise.
