The bot is a sell order of about 80 to 90 units.
It's there to push the price down to 16.5 and scare of potential buyers as they eye out PRR to accumulate into todays close knowing that a trading hold will be announced either after todays trading day or before monday's open.
Too bad as i can now see the buyers moving in prior to 4pm.
