Probably what I liked most is the emphasis on all of the planning/engineering ducks getting lined up while we wait for EPA approvals and then early funding to get construction underway.
The trolls will say we've had several years now to plan construction, what also what else is there to do atm, but I present a personal anecdote, I have been watching the back catalogue of "Grand Designs" on one of the streaming services, and this has given me a fresh appreciation of the difference in construction execution between a project that has had every detailed nailed down before the first labourer even steps on site, and projects that are self managed by the owners and things are worked out as they progress.

I know Ian and team TMT aren't a bunch to sit on their hands, so I expect all this waiting will actually contribute to things progressing quickly and efficiently when we finally have a green light.
