Ive said many times before that the biggest issue for Malaysia regarding Lynus is sovereign risk. International perception to this date must be killing investment opportunities in Malaysia.
For the Government to let this question of sovereign risk hang out until after the election is just not logical - to do so would be a gutless act by a government seeking re-election.
A government is there to govern and to make the hard decisions and go to an election by them. To let this important commercial decision hang until after an election where the government who made the decision to invite Lynus to Malaysia may not be in power after the election is not rational.
A decision must and will be made before the election and the time is about now.
