In my view a pump is suppose to invoke such sentiment. Personally, by my calculation, they would need 70 or 100 million A YEAR for 2 to 4 years
depending on their plans. In my opinion nothing has changed, fundamentally, since months and months ago. So why the 30 million market cap increase from 90 to 120 millio+? Towards what I think is an impending CR, no less.

As far as I understand it it doesn't take much to manipulate the SP in a stock like this. What I am expecting relatively soon is a trading halt in preparation for a CR.

Unless by miracle they have someone to just give them some millions of dollars to inconsequentally kick the can along for a little bit longer.
