Hi Bigdoggy,
Your guess is as good as mine. Being such an illiquid stock, i presume the only way to pick them up (other than an at market purchase) is the autobot or algorythmic trade. Either way requires sophisticated trading software which facilitates an incremental accumulation of stock over a period of time with no minimum quantity per trade and one comission fee at the end of the trading period, thus facilitating those micro trades that we are seeing.
