It's so difficult to accurately determine the fair price of Silex due to the risk factor and the varying price of product. Although its not that hard to stick a finger in the air and take a rough guess using disclosed figures around capacities, return on capital, product prices, cost of production, time to commissioning etc. I reckon it's also not that hard to look at the 5 year trends and see a reoccurring pattern of price movement and volume, kicked off by large volume/price rises apon announcements (announcements that in my opinion weren't sufficiently surprising nor material enough to warrant such price rises) Personally there is no way I'm buying into an announcement frenzy after the fact, there is enough media around to have a fair idea of what is likely coming to get set beforehand. Likewise, selling after they have been pushed back down,(unless I were the guy pulling the strings) would feel to me like being the sucker at a poker table where the deck is marked.
