My 5c worth - Another way of viewing the estimated share price is as follows (in AUD):

Value of 25% CCJ option in GLE = $0.35B AUD = ~ $2 per share (see ref below of GLE valuation by RDC = 1.3B CAD)
Royalty income stream from Paducah = $0.25B AUD = ~ $1.5 per share (5M lbs * 50 USD/lb * 7% * 10 PE)
The remaining 26% of GLE that SLX holds = ~$2 per share (as above)

TOTAL = $5.50 AUD per share

This share price value DOES NOT include

Royalty income from HALEU = who knows - potentially very large - see Segra ref below
Royalty income from LEU (above and beyond the 5m lbs p.a. from the DOE) = who knows - potentially very large DOE have a lot of waste UF6
ZSS income = who knows
Tax / Govt Incentives = Not sure
