    Basically a regurgitation of yesterday's announcement however in the closing paragraph..."Speculation persists that rival Galileo Funds Management, alongside Forum Partners, is fighting to gain control of the trust"

    The importance of yesterday's announcement IMO is that it gives management improved bargaining power should they ultimately decide to sell out.
