i see accumulation by some base on whole days trading and vol. Should be higher by weeks end.
Good article in newsletter re Lucy's remark. Boosted my confidence whole lot.
If this puppy starts inching up like past 2 days then it'll be like 3 to 4 steps fwd and 1 step back from here on.
But of course its all my opinion.
